Currently co-owner of two companies in Macau – DOC DMC and smallWorld Experience.

Bruno first arrived in Macau in 1993 and his experience includes 15 months as Events Coordinator at the Macau’s Handover Ceremony Coordination Office (2,500 delegates and 3,000 media and press members), two years as Marketing & PR executive at the Macau Trade & Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and three years at Macau Economic Services. In 2001 he accepted a position as Marketing Manager and Business Innovation Manager in Portugal working for a large travel agency (Geostar) and retuned to Macau in 2008. He is a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), a degree in Business Administration (1993) and an MBA in Strategic Marketing (1996). He is also a board member of China Chapter of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) and secretary of SKAL International Macau (Travel Professionals Organization).

Paul Chung is Director of Sales, MICE for Sheraton Grand Macao, Cotai Strip and The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Strip, and leads a team of MICE sales specialists responsible for driving MICE sales and revenues within the Sales and Marketing Team for both hotels.

Born in Hong Kong, Paul was raised and educated in Massachusetts, USA, and returned to Hong Kong to begin his career in hotel sales, working at a range of properties in Hong Kong, including the Furama, the Harbour Plaza, the Park Lane, JW Marriott and the Mandarin Oriental.

Paul joins Sheraton Grand Macao and The St. Regis Macao from MGM, encompassing a range of roles from pre-opening to his most recent position as Director of Resort Sales, responsible for non-gaming resort sales.

Paul’s main focus will be to lead the team of MICE sales associates to deliver growth in property sales objectives, and importantly, implement the two hotels’ brand service strategy and initiatives to all aspects of the sales process. Paul will lead the team with the aim of building long term, value-based customer relationships and achieving revenue goals for rooms, banquet, and catering segments for both Sheraton Grand Macao and St. Regis Macao.

 Scott Kreeger is Galaxy Entertainment Group’s Director of Operations Development for New Resort. He is responsible for leading the development, pre-opening and operation of new projects of the group’s flagship Galaxy Resorts (Macau) precinct, including the much anticipated Galaxy International Convention Center and Galaxy Arena, opening in Q4 2020.

Scott joined Galaxy Entertainment Group as Director, Operations Development, New Resort in 2017 to helm development and eventual operation of Galaxy Entertainment Group’s expansion of ‘next phase’ development in Macau. Over the past years in Macau, he successfully combined his expertise in hospitality management with Asia’s market.

In addition, he brings 30 years of management experience in world-class integrated resorts to help Galaxy Entertainment Group to open the 3rd charter of Galaxy Resorts (Macau) Precinct, further transferring the resort into the Ultimate Integrated Resort & MICE Destination. 

As a graduate of The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) hotel school, he launched his career with an internationally-renowned Las Vegas resort group, thus gaining extensive, broad experience across operations and marketing. This fast-tracked him to his first General Manager appointment at a leading Las Vegas resort in 1999, and subsequently appointed President of the company’s Luxury Resort Division.

Rising over the years to the pinnacle of his industry as Chief Operating Officer for major resort brands, he gained renowned expertise across the entire spectrum of resort management. 

Rebecca currently serves as Executive Director of the Conde Group, with the prime responsibility of leading a team of young international professionals who provide fully integrated marketing communication solutions in response to briefs hammered out with partner clients.

An entrepreneur by nature, Rebecca’s hands-on role in Conde Group was instrumental in the company being acclaimed ‘Outstanding Competitive Agency in 2013’ at the China Creative Communication International Awards and in its listing in the ‘TOP 100’ companies in 2012 as recognized by Macau Business.

Conde Group has enthusiastically partnered the Effie Awards since 2011, advocating effective marketing communication on multiple levels. She sat on juries for Effie Awards Greater China in 2011, 2013 and 2015, in addition to Effie Awards Asia Pacific in 2014.
